Update for the Team...

FIRST --  HAPPY NEW YEAR !! --  This is going to be a short update as the PM is still open.

Timeline:   We are still on track.   90% of the backer surveys are in and most of the individualized card surveys have been completed.  There were a few issues with submitting pictures, but those have mostly been dealt with.  

  The artwork for the personalized cards is being created.  If there are any issues with your images,  we will reach out via email and let you know what the issue is so we can work through it.  Love all the creative poses!  Additionally, the card set for the main game is being proofed.   We added a few cards since the project got so close to the stretch goal. 

  The extras (ie - playmats,  pins, founders gems, etc.) have been proofed and/or ordered and I should have videos of those to show for the next update. 

Pledge Manager:  The PM will remain open and will close toward end of the month to get final counts  Note that shipping/addresses will be confirmed closer to fulfilment.

BackerKit Pledge Manager Opens Soon !!

I had made an error in the setup on backerKit and have been working with their team to get it straightened out.  We are redo-ing the SMOKE TEST as  of right now.  What this means is that a few of you (about 10)  are going to receive the Pledge Manager email shortly, and as long as it goes as planned, then everyone will get the email in another 24 hours.  (The Smoke test group is chosen at random).

(Next 48 Hours) Check your email for a message from Backerkit to get you into the Pledge manager.

PHASE ONE COMPLETE:  We had to wait for the final transfer from Kickstarter and then finalize the survey setup.  (They make you wait the full 14-days.)  Then the banks make you wait (but the clerks name was Lester - HA).  Now that all that is done, the surveys are going out.

PLEASE NOTE:   After you complete the BackerKit Pledge Manager, you should then receive an email with the links to the following: (Backerkit sends these as a batch once per day, so you will receive these in the next 24 hours after finishing the pledge manager.)

• Digital Downloads site link and password  (We will be adding content throughout December)
• The Get-In-The-Game Survey link and code (one code for each card ordered)
• The Retailers Card Survey link for the Retailers to create their custom card
• The Founders Survey link and code for the Founders to create their card and dossier files

(All surveys are run through Survey Legend)

THANK YOU EVERYONE !!! --- An OFFICIAL update

I am currently pouring over the data, and taking a deep breath !!  While I wait for Kickstarter to collect and do their final transfer,  I'll be working to upload the surveys and have them tested. 

We got very close to the next stretch goal -but not to worry I'll "see what I can do" to get the backers a little extra for getting that close ;)

My current plan is to send out regular UPDATES on the 8th of each month, (a nod to the 88 Backers that backed the project).   Additional major updates for freight shipments and fulfillment will happen as the process moves forward.

I hope you all enjoy the videos,  I had a blast making them.

Thank you all so much.  We've come so far in so little time...

This is amazing !!  Next up; Once the campaign finishes, we will put the finishing touches on the surveys to start collecting the answers for the Get-In-The-Game cards and the Founder's stories.   Look for this in early December.  This will allow us to also get the photos to the artist to get the card graphics "in the can".  Then the GitG cards can be sent to the manufacturer.
